Khaled Shivji

Khaled Shivji is a Partner in AI and Technology at KLME and Founder and CEO of Exec x AI, and a solicitor of England and Wales with more than two decades of legal, regulatory and external-affairs experience across the Gulf, the wider Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. His career spans technology, cloud, telecommunications and digital infrastructure, with senior roles at Microsoft, Moro Hub (Digital DEWA), Expereo, Aggreko, du and BT. At Microsoft he led Corporate, External and Legal Affairs for Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar, contributing to workshops supporting Qatar’s National AI Strategy and assessments on data-centre cybersecurity and GPU export controls. As Chief Legal Officer of Moro Hub he advised on cloud services, data-centre colocation and partnerships supporting Dubai’s cloud-first programme, and at Expereo he led deployment of an AI-enabled contract lifecycle platform. He advises boards, multinationals, government-linked organisations, investors and private offices on AI governance, technology regulation, digital infrastructure and cross-border risk.
