A former Director & Senior IP Counsel at SABIC, he has led cross-border IP strategies, managed complex patent portfolios, and built frameworks for licensing, data governance, and commercialisation. Zayd is also widely recognised for his work with Gulf universities, helping to structure industry-academic partnerships and translate research into real-world impact through scalable IP models.
