Emad has over 21 years of hospitality, real estate, and corporate finance experience. He has successfully negotiated, handled and led complex transactions totalling billions of dollars for residential, retail, and hospitality portfolios.

Emad is particularly experienced in leading in-house legal teams, as well as advising the Board of Directors, playing a key role as part of the executive leadership team in supporting the strategic direction whilst ensuring strong corporate governance and compliance. Emad is bilingual in Arabic and English.
