KLME advises on the acquisition of Virgin Mobile MEA

KLME has advised Priora and Beyond ONE on the acquisition of Virgin Mobile Middle East and Africa, the region’s largest mobile virtual network operator with operations in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Oman. 

Priora and Beyond ONE are private investment companies based in Dubai.
